Terms & Conditions 

  • Reservations & Payments
    • All bookings are subject to availability.
    • A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment.
    • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows
    • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service cost.
    • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

  • Service Changes & Add-ons
    • If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying others—but full payment will still apply.
    • Any add-on treatments added at the time of service will be added to your final bill.

  • Health & Safety
    • Please inform us of any medical condition, medication, injury, recent surgery, or pregnancy at time of booking.
    • We reserve the right to refuse or modify service based on safety or contraindications.
    • Intake forms may be required before the first service.

  • Liability & Conduct
    • Our therapists are professionals. Sexual advances or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
    • Clients enter the spa at their own risk. The spa is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
    • The spa’s liability is strictly limited to the value of the service paid.

  • Gift Cards & Promotions
    • Gift cards must be presented at time of service and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, unless otherwise noted.

  • Modifications to Terms
    • These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking governs your appointment.
